Law was developed, is operated and taught by practicing attorneys.
We provide each of our professors and board members backgrounds
on our web site. Our professors and board members bring
hundreds of years of combined experience in the legal field to
this fine institution.
Our dean, Mr. William D. Evans, Esq. is one of the most
published case law attorneys in private practice in the United States. Most recently,
Mr. Evans represented a client in Federal Court against
American Airlines which was published in July of 2001 after
years of litigation and appeal. A graduate of Yale University, Mr. Evans worked
with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) even before the
Civil Rights Act of 1964 was enacted and thereafter, pursued a
career in Labor and Employment Law at Texaco in its legal
department. From there, he founded his own law firm and went on
to publish twelve cases in the California Court of Appeals and
the United States Federal Court of Appeals, For the 9th Circuit
concerning the areas of Labor, Discrimination and Employment
Law. His career has been dedicated to Labor, Employment,
Discrimination and Civil Rights litigation. His extensive
background and success with additional legal specialties such
as Corporate Law and Civil Litigation make him the perfect
scholar to head the academic programs of Esquire College.
