Our dean, Mr. William D. Evans,
Esq. is one of the most published
case law attorneys in private
practice in the United States.
Twelve cases have been published.
A graduate of Yale University,
Mr. Evans worked with the National
Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
before the Civil Rights Act
of 1964 and thereafter, pursued
a career in Labor and Employment
Law at Texaco in its legal department.
From there, he founded his own
law firm and went on to publish
twelve cases in the California
Court of Appeals and the United
States Federal Court of Appeals,
Ninth Circuit concerning the
areas of Labor and Employment
Law (Including Dscrimination).
His career has been dedicated
to Labor, Employment, Discrimination
and Civil rights Law. Our Dean's
extensive background and success
within Corporate Law and Civil
Litigation make him the perfect
candidate to head the academic
programs at Esquire College.
